All orders will be packed & processed within 2 business days.

Singapore: Shipping is FREE when you spend over SG$100. Shipping is SG$5 for orders under SG$100.   

South-East Asia: Standard shipping is SG$10 (approx. US$7), 5-7 business days.

Australia, UK, Canada, USA: Standard shipping is SG$20 (approx US$15), 5-10 business days. 

• Above shipping times are the approximate number of days an order will take from ship date and do not include weekends, holidays and unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, traffic etc.)
• All shipping is performed via local couriers. We partner with best courier services to ensure your jewellery gets to you in the fastest and safest way possible! 
• International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery. Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of $15 plus the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to sender. We are not able to offer any refund until the product has been received by us.
• All packaging is 100% plastic free and reusable.  All pieces come with an organic cotton jewellery pouch to store your jewellery in, jewellery box and polishing cloth.
